WHAT ARE SA ANTI-GBVF EXCELLENCE AWARDS?

SA Anti-GBVF Awards are South African GBVF Excellence Annual Awards established to prevent GBVF, reward, recognise, honour and appreciate the work done by extra ordinary individuals, companies, businesses, international organizations, trade unions, non-governmental organizations and government in protecting or educating on rights of human beings and supporting vulnerable and victims of violence in South Africa. 

PURPOSE OF SA ANTI-GBVF EXCELLENCE AWARDS

To prevent GBVF, support the implementation of the National Strategic Plan (NSP) while rewarding, recognizing and honouring gender equality/GBV activists, companies, community members, unions, organizations and government for their contribution in supporting and fighting for human rights and gender equality including mobilization of GBVF activists.

Primary Objectives

To contribute towards prevention and fighting GBVF and violation of human rights and gender equality by reward, honour, recognize, encourage and acknowledge the role played by gender equality, justice, peace, reconciliation, LGBTIQA+, bullying and GBVF activists, businesses, trade unions, organizations and government, encouraging every citizen and persuading every man to be a South African gender, equality, bullying and GBVF Activists.
